Job Summary

French2PR is looking for an energetic, confident, and outgoing Event Sales Representative to join us for a one-night event in Toronto.

Your role will be highly sales-focused. You will proactively engage with event attendees, introduce French2PR, explain our French-learning programs, generate leads, and help interested customers complete their enrolment.

This is a paid position offering an hourly base wage PLUS $50 commission for every completed qualifying enrolment.

Our featured program is priced at $299, giving motivated sales representatives an opportunity to earn significant additional compensation during the event.

Responsibilities

- Proactively approach and engage with event attendees
- Introduce French2PR and explain our French-learning programs
- Identify interested prospects and understand their needs
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our programs
- Generate qualified leads
- Help interested customers complete their enrolment
- Work alongside the French2PR team throughout the event
- Maintain a confident, friendly, and professional presence
- Focus on maximizing genuine customer engagement and completed enrolments

Ideal Candidate

- Confident and comfortable approaching new people
- Strong face-to-face communication skills
- Sales-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation
- Previous sales, event promotion, retail, or customer-service experience is an asset




- Persuasive without being overly aggressive
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy event workplace
- Fluent English required
- Punjabi and/or Hindi is a strong asset
- Knowledge of French, TEF Canada, or Canadian immigration pathways is an asset but not required; training about French2PR will be provided before the event

Compensation

Hourly base wage + $50 commission per completed qualifying enrolment

You will receive your guaranteed hourly wage for the event plus $50 for every qualifying customer enrolment attributed to you.

For example:

5 completed enrolments = $250 in commission
10 completed enrolments = $500 in commission

Commission is paid in addition to the hourly base wage.
