We work closely with employers across logistics, accounting, construction, and professional services industries. Right now we are expanding and looking for a driven recruiter who wants to grow with the company.

We are looking for a human resources recruiter to join our team.

- Prepare interview questions, job descriptions and other necessary materials
- Analyze candidates' skills and qualifications; contact and establish appointments with prospective candidates
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective employers.
- Create, develop and post job openings on job search websites
- Interview and recommend suitable candidates to employers
- Match candidates with employer needs.
- Build and maintain employer relationships
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain, organize and update candidate/employer records
- Capable of managing the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, employer matching, interview coordination, and offer closing.
- Take part in marketing,



promotion, and basic business development activities in addition to recruitment responsibilities.

Required qualifications

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized with good planning abilities
- Must have good leader skills
- Efficient in time management, good attention to detail and focused
- Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
