Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support tradespeople with tasks such as mixing materials, digging trenches, or assembling structures
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Perform general site cleanup to keep the work area tidy and hazard-free
- Help with inventory management by tracking tools,



materials, and supplies

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn recent skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting
- Reliable transportation to get to various job sites as needed
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
