Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle customization and enhancement, with experience in automotive window tinting and related repair work. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality tinting services that improve vehicle aesthetics and privacy. The position requires a solid work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle various tools and materials efficiently.

Duties

- Apply window tint to vehicle windows with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly before tint application
- Measure and cut tint film accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the tinting process
- Ensure all tint is aligned correctly and free of bubbles or imperfections
- Assist with vehicle repairs or mechanical tasks as needed, utilizing hand tools and power tools
- Handle heavy lifting of vehicles or parts when necessary, adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process and addressing client questions

Experience

- Prior tinting experience is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and repairs is preferred
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment is essential
- Familiarity with automotive window tinting techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing or material handling
- Mechanic experience or background in automotive customization will be considered an asset
- Vinyl wrapping
- Ensuring the shop is spotless
- Helping out in other areas when and where required

Pay: $15.81-$20.00 per hour
