Supervising the operations of the housekeeping staff, this position promotes quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses all while fostering a secure environment.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support the housekeeping team
- Assign daily cleaning tasks and inspect rooms
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained
- Train and assist housekeeping staff as needed
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Address housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally




- Ensure company cleanliness and safety standards are followed

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, responsible, and guest-focused
- Flexible to work afternoon, weekends and holidays as required
