Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and responsible Home Care Support Workers to provide quality care and assistance to clients in their homes. The successful candidate will support clients with their daily activities while promoting their comfort, dignity, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene as required.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning according to the client’s care plan.
- Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding when required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Assist clients with errands and appointments when required.
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behaviour to the supervisor.
- Follow individual care plans, workplace policies, and safety procedures.
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Complete required documentation and daily care records accurately.
- Communicate respectfully with clients, families,



supervisors, and other care team members.
- Perform other duties related to client care as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pet friendly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
- Vulnerable Sector Check required.
- Reliable transportation may be required depending on client assignments.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peace River, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
