What You’ll Do

- Respond quickly to new clients and appointments
- Help buyers and sellers throughout the entire process
- Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses
- Follow up consistently
- Keep accurate notes in our CRM
- Attend team meetings and training
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Ask for referrals and build long-term relationships
- Represent our brand professionally

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you are:

- Licensed in Ontario or close to completing your license
- Based in Kingston or the surrounding area
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, video, and in person
- Organized and dependable
- Available to work evenings and weekends when clients need you
- Able to manage multiple clients at once
- Hungry to grow your business




- Positive, professional, and accountable
- Willing to serve Kingston, Amherstview, Napanee, Gananoque, Frontenac County, and surrounding communities

Experience is helpful, but attitude and effort matter more.

I can teach skills.

I cannot teach someone to care.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor prospect, not a salaried position.

Compensation depends on the source and type of transaction and will be explained clearly during the interview process. All compensation is administered through the brokerage and is subject to the applicable agent agreement.
