Job Title: Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Process payments using POS systems
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

Skills:
- Prior experience in serving Japanese food/restaurants
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food service procedures including food handling and kitchen safety
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately




- Experience in cashiering is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
