About Our Client

Our client is a growing car parts manufactory company, and is an established manufacturing and industrial provider. They specialize in quick-paced production environments, utilizing specialized machinery to output precision components while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing, as a Machine operator

Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing machinery at the start of your shift according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Equipment Monitoring: Continuously monitor monitors, gauges, lights, and machine indicators to ensure smooth, uninterrupted runs.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks, measurements, and inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet engineering specifications and product standards.

Troubleshooting & Minor Maintenance: Identify minor mechanical or operational issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and clear material jams or line defects.

Safety & Housekeeping: maintain a clean workstation, and comply strictly with all company safety rules and PPE regulations.

What You Should Have, as a machine operator

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read basic job sheets, production documents, and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, or gauges).
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Communication & Math: Good basic English communication (written and verbal) to document logs and follow instructions, along with basic math skills.
- Soft Skills:



Strong attention to detail, reliability, a solid safety mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

In Return, You Will Receive:

- Pay rate $17.60/hr
- Paid weekly, every Monday via emt
- Opportunity for permanent hire
- 4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and on weekends

The Shift You Will be Working is:

- Monday to Friday
- 7AM-3PM

Where You Will Be Working, as a Machine Operator :

- Vaughan, Ontario, bus accessible
