We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for one of our clients to join their production team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will set up, operate, and maintain production machinery while ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality standards.

Job Title: CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Location: Mississauga, ON

Job Type: Full time

Payrate : $22

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Operate various production machinery, including rotary die cutters, flat-bed die cutters, roll slicers, and flash cutters.
- Set up machines and perform test runs to ensure proper operation.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.




- Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and safety concerns promptly.
- Load and unload materials from machines, warehouse areas, and trailers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an asset.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator is required.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read drawings and work instructions, where applicable.
- Ability to read and understand measurement devices.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Working knowledge of CNC machinery programming or PLCs is an asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- Experience working with non-metallic materials such as closed-cell and open-cell foams, silicone, felts, and similar materials is an asset.
- Relevant machine or equipment training is an asset.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
