As a member of our team, you must:

- Preparing and pouring drinks to company specifications.
- Cleaning, washing and putting away glasses.
- Setting up of bar with glasses, liquor, ice, mixes, fruits, soft drinks etc.
- Restocking bar(s) with glasses, liquor, ice, mixes, fruits, soft drinks etc.
- Responsible for general maintenance of the bar area
- Provides consistent and timely service.
- Clean and organize bar, machines in Bar and inventory in refrigerators.
- Greet and serve guests in a courteous manner.




- Thorough knowledge and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktail ingredients and method of preparation.
- Ensures the guests receive friendly, courteous and prompt service at all times, following prescribed and established service procedures.
- Assist waitstaff when possible
- Is outwardly friendly, smiles & shows enthusiasm.
- Smart Serve certified.
- * This is a part-time weekend position*
- * You MUST be available to work Friday and Saturday OR Saturday and Sunday Evenings*

- * Must be available to work all New Years Eve, Easter, Mothers Day and Long Weekends.*

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
