Part-Time Dental Receptionist / Denturist Assistant

Nova Denture Clinic & Implant Solutions is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dental Receptionist / Denturist Assistant.

This role includes a combination of front desk, patient support, administrative, and clinical assisting duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Performing basic receptionist and administrative duties
- Processing payments and handling dental billing
- Assisting with insurance claims, predeterminations, and CDCP paperwork
- Preparing and seating patients in the operatory room
- Cleaning and maintaining treatment rooms and clinic areas
- Stocking clinical supplies and materials
- Assisting with sterilization and processing of dental trays and instruments
- Taking patient information and updating charts/files
- Coordinating follow-up appointments and patient reminders
- Providing general support within the denture clinic and laboratory areas





Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable communicating with patients
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Willing to learn and follow clinic procedures
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
- Proficient in basic computer and administrative tasks

Previous dental or medical office experience is an asset, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Position Details

Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Employment Type: Part-time to start, with the potential for additional hours in the future depending on clinic needs and performance.
