The Factory is looking for a dedicated Custodial worker to help maintain our facility’s cleanliness and create a welcoming environment for all. This position offers a flexible schedule with evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Exceptional Guest Experiences: Greet all guests with a warm, professional demeanor and deliver a consistently positive experience.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning washrooms, and glass surfaces to the highest standards.
- Ensure Sanitary Facilities: Maintain washrooms throughout the facility, ensuring they are clean, fresh, and fully stocked at all times.
- Routine Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, document activities, and ensure everything is functioning properly.
- Deep Cleaning and Special Projects: Take on deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed to keep the facility in top condition.
- Report and Address Repairs: Notify the supervisor of major repairs and make minor adjustments as needed to keep the facility running smoothly.
- Stock and Maintain Supplies: Ensure supply rooms are fully stocked and document inventory levels.
- Heavy Lifting: Safely lift, move, and transport heavy items such as equipment, furniture,



and large supply boxes as required during daily operations and special projects.
- Follow Safety Regulations: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe practices in every task.
- Floor Maintenance: Ensure floors are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
- Additional Duties: Take on any other tasks as assigned to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in a janitorial or custodial role, especially in commercial or larger facilities, is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of equipment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A genuine passion for cleanliness and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
