Duties

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and nurture business relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders to expand project opportunities and enhance company reputation.
- Oversee project management activities including scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, and quality assurance to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise project teams by providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance safety protocols across all projects.




- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans for growth within the heavy civil sector.

Pay: $76,983.71-$152,085.92 per year
