Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Machinery Maintenance Technician with a strong background in mechanical studies to join our manufacturing team. Duties

- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for system monitoring and troubleshooting automation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Assist with welding, boiler maintenance, and low voltage electrical work as required by the production schedule.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze equipment performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including industrial electrician practices, HVAC regulations,



and welding safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
- Support emergency repairs and respond swiftly to machinery failures to minimize production disruptions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments, with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of schematics, mechanical components, electrical systems, and low voltage wiring.
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC systems, welding techniques, boilers, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings accurately.
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues efficiently and implementing effective solutions.
- Good command of English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes.
- Prior experience as an industrial electrician or in industrial maintenance roles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
