Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QE Program Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs, coordinate business and technical teams, and ensure applications meet defined business requirements and quality standards. The role will oversee testing strategy, execution, reporting, defect management, and business sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT test plans and strategies.
- Define UAT scope, timelines, resource requirements, and testing objectives.
- Coordinate testing activities between business stakeholders, technical teams, and UAT resources.
- Lead, mentor, and guide UAT testing teams.
- Assign test cases, monitor execution progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Provide guidance on testing best practices and issue resolution.
- Oversee test case creation, execution, documentation, and evidence collection.
- Validate that systems meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, prioritize, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Communicate testing status, risks, dependencies, blockers, and progress to leadership.
- Manage expectations and coordinate effectively with business users.
- Facilitate business sign-off and go/no-go decisions.
- Document lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.




- Maintain testing documentation, metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
- Ensure testing activities comply with established quality standards and governance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in UAT management and Quality Engineering.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Experience managing testing teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
- Strong defect management and issue resolution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience reporting testing progress, risks, and blockers to senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality standards.
- Experience facilitating business sign-off and go/no-go decisions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing enterprise-scale testing programs.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
- Solid understanding of quality governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
