- Help ensure Salesforce configurations and data handling practices comply with Canadian healthcare privacy and security regulations, including PHIPA, PIPEDA, and applicable provincial legislation.
- Partner with Compliance, Privacy, and IT teams to support audit readiness, access reviews, and security best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a production workplace.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator certification strongly preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are considered an asset.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Lightning pages, automation, and record types.
- Proven ability to create insightful reports and dashboards for operational and leadership stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users, including clinical and operational teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and system optimization.
Nice to Have
