Part-Time Fashion Sales Associate

Tango Boutique is a women's fashion boutique specializing in premium Canadian designer brands. For over 34 years, we've helped women throughout the Niagara Region look and feel their best with exceptional fashion, personalized styling, and outstanding customer service.

We are currently seeking a bubbly, outgoing Fashion Sales Associate who is passionate about fashion, enjoys building genuine relationships with customers, and loves creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, personable, and has a natural ability to connect with people. You’ll help customers find the perfect styles while representing our boutique and the Canadian fashion brands we proudly carry.

What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and provide a memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and maintaining the boutique's high standards.
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
- Process sales accurately using our POS system.
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the boutique.
- Work collaboratively with team members while being flexible to float between store locations when required.

What We're Looking For

- Passion for women's fashion and current trends.
- Previous retail sales experience (fashion retail preferred).




- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in styling customers and recommending complete looks.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautiful visual merchandising.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and retail technology.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment fit, and care is considered an asset.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work between multiple boutique locations.

- Evening shifts (5PM - 10PM)
- Weekend availability required
