Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of horticulture and landscape maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscaping, gardening, and irrigation systems, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.

Experience is an asset, but not required.

Duties:

- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching to enhance the beauty of landscapes.
- Conduct regular landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
- The winter season includes the clearing of snow from sidewalks and maintenance to ensure pedestrian safety.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements





- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with excavation techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.50-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
