About the Role

We are looking for reliable and skilled Snow Plow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events by operating plow equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plow designated areas safely and efficiently
- Operate snow plow and related equipment to clear snow from driveways, parking lots, and walkway
- Apply salt and de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup when required
- Follow route maps and site service plans to ensure complete and accurate service
- Report mechanical issues immediately to the Supervisor
- Assist in snow relocation (if equipped/assigned)
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of snow removal equipment




- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
- Maintain accurate logs of work completed and materials used

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating snow plows and/or snow removal equipment
- Understanding of safe and effective snow removal practices
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, demanding weather conditions, overnight and weekends as needed
- Mechanical skills for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Experience with landscaping or property maintenance equipment is an asset
