Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines front desk reception responsibilities with sales support and customer relationship building. The ideal candidate is organized, fast-paced, confident communicating with customers, and motivated to help drive sales growth.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while also identifying opportunities to promote products and services.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Generate sales by promoting products and services.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and missed opportunities
- Explain pricing, promotions, and service options confidently




- Process payments and daily transactions
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications

- Previous customer service, retail, reception, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed
