Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and gardening, along with the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. A strong mechanical knowledge is a plus, as well as experience in landscape maintenance.

Duties

- Perform routine maintenance on gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks such as digging, planting, and trimming.
- Build and install various garden features.
- Irrigate plants and maintain proper watering schedules to ensure healthy growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
- Snow removal in winter season.

Requirements





- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and digging.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, including planting, pruning, and fertilization.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.
