About the Role
CANtutor is actively hiring energetic University Students to provide 1-on-1 tutoring for K-12 students across Vaughan, North York, and Scarborough. We offer fully flexible schedule designed to fit around your university course schedule. Whether you excel in Math, Science, English, or French, we match you with local students near your campus or home.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 tutoring sessions tailored to the Ontario K-12 curriculum.

- Help students improve study habits, prepare for quizzes/exams, and build subject confidence.

- Track student progress and communicate briefly with parents after sessions.

- Travel locally for in-person home tutoring or host hybrid/online sessions as assigned.

Qualifications

- Education: Currently enrolled in a recognized University or College degree program (Undergraduates welcome).

- Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of K-12 subjects (Elementary Math/English, High School STEM, Business, or French).

- Location:



Must reside in or be able to easily commute to sessions in Vaughan, North York, or Scarborough.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, punctuality, and a passion for helping others learn.

- Background Check: Ability to clear a vulnerable sector police check upon hire.
