Join our dynamic team as a Soccer Player Advisor, where your passion for sports and dedication to youth development will inspire the next generation of athletes! In this commission based role, you will serve as a mentor, coach, and player advocate, helping young players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game of soccer. Your main job is to recruit players and help them find opportunities at th enext level. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love for sports with meaningful coaching experiences in a lively, energetic setting.

Responsibilities

- Provide mentorship for the players to ensure they can be at the top of their poerformance.
- Lead engaging practice sessions focusing on fundamental techniques, game strategies, and physical conditioning.
- Foster a secure environment by supervising activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including AED operation and first aid/CPR procedures.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote positive behavior management and encourage active participation.
- Support team leadership by organizing games, managing team dynamics, and motivating players to achieve their personal best.
- Assist with childcare responsibilities during activities,



ensuring a fun and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Maintain equipment, track attendance, and document progress to support ongoing development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in sports coaching or sports-specific training instruction; soccer coaching experience is highly desirable.
- Recruit new talent to join the agency and expand our soccer division.
- Place the recruited players at the next level, whether that be academy, Usports, NCAA or Pro.
- Knowledge of soccer, recruting, communications and negotiating is a must.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with young athletes and their families.
- Ability to manage multiple player portfolios at the same time.
- Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship in a lively environment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
