A premier mechanical contractor in The Bahamas is seeking a Senior Plumbing Project Manager to take full operational control of major luxury resort, commercial, and $1M+ high-end residential builds. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will run field operations, lead trades, and drive project delivery across the islands.

What You Bring

- Hands-On Foundation: Ideally 10+ years of hands-on plumbing trade experience before moving into project management.
- Project Portfolio: Proven track record running commercial, resort, or custom $1M+ luxury residential plumbing scopes.
- Project Controls: Robust background managing schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, job costing, and site foremen.
- Trade Leadership: Sharp blueprint/MEP reading skills and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with general contractors.
