Registered Massage Therapist Opportunity

Prime Performance & Therapy is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our professional, collaborative, and passionate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to become an integral part of a supportive interdisciplinary clinic while building a successful and rewarding practice.

About Prime’ Performance & Therapy

Prime’ is a therapist-centered, tight-knit clinic consisting of:

- 3 Physiotherapists
- 2 Chiropractors
- 4 Registered Massage Therapists
- 3 Kinesiologists
- 2 Strength & Conditioning Specialists
- 4 dedicated front-end staff

We are a busy, well-established clinic with a strong reputation as one of the leading rehabilitation and performance facilities on Central Vancouver Island.

We intentionally maintain a small-to-medium-sized team, allowing our practitioners to work closely together under one roof. Our clinic layout and culture encourage regular communication, collaboration, and professional engagement.

Prime operates as a truly interdisciplinary clinic, where communication between practitioners is natural and encouraged. Our collaborative approach allows healthcare professionals to work together to provide the highest possible standard of patient care.

What We Offer

As an RMT at Prime’, you will have the opportunity to build a successful practice while working in a supportive and collaborative workplace.





Compensation & Flexibility

- 75% practitioner split for your first 3 months
- 80% practitioner split beginning in month 4
- No long-term contracts
- Flexible scheduling to suit your preferred availability
- Current RMTs are billing approximately $9,000–$12,000+ per month, typically working 4–5 days per week
- Bi-weekly payments, including outstanding third-party payments such as ICBC and WorkSafeBC
- Direct billing available for third-party insurers
- Extended benefit options available for contractors
