We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tandoor Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic tandoori dishes along with other necessary work in the kitchen. Your expertise will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, showcasing your culinary talents in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes using traditional methods and equipment, including the tandoor oven.
- Assist in food preparation and other necessary operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including the tandoor oven and surrounding workspace.
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure an excellent dining experience for guests.

Experience

- Prior experience working as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment,



preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine or tandoori cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used for traditional tandoori cooking is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
