About the Role We are hiring dependable Sidewalk Crew Members to join our winter operations team. In this role, you’ll help keep pedestrian areas safe and accessible by clearing snow and applying de-icing materials to walkways and entrances.

Key Responsibilities

- Clear snow and apply de-icing materials on sidewalks, pathways, and building entrances using shovels, sidewalk tractors and other powered equipment.
- Keep walkways and entry points safe, clear, and accessible at all times
- Report hazards or blocked access points immediately to the Supervisor
- Assist with snow relocation when required
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly during snow events




- Maintain equipment such as shovels, blowers, and salt spreaders in working condition

Qualifications

- Ability to work outdoors in cold, demanding conditions, overnight and weekend shifts as needed.
- Ability to lift/move heavy snow and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous snow removal, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is an asset
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
