We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Advisor to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for automobiles. As a Car Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing them with valuable information about our vehicles, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers in the sales process from initial inquiry through final purchase.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless transactions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma and or secondary school/university would be preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in French, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and sales management processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tracking tools is advantageous.

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
