Previous automotive industry and/or auto parts experience is required. We are seeking an Automotive Service & Parts Administrator for a busy automotive repair shop.

The successful candidate will assist with customer service, booking appointments, processing payments, preparing and filing invoices, and supporting day-to-day shop administration. Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is important for this position. to join a busy automotive repair shop.

This position will begin as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling basic administrative and bookkeeping duties.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and manage customer appointments for vehicle service and repairs
- Greet customers and assist them at the front desk
- Process customer payments and provide receipts/invoices
- Enter and maintain information in QuickBooks Online




- Prepare, print, organize, and file invoices and other documents
- Maintain accurate customer and administrative records
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and vehicle/service updates
- Perform general office and administrative duties as required
- Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly

Qualifications

- Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience
- Experience using QuickBooks Online is required
- Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls and speaking with customers
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to multitask in a busy work workplace
- Previous experience in an automotive repair shop, dealership, service department, or similar environment is an asset

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
