We’re seeking passionate and client-focused Body Workers or Certified Aestheticians to join our growing team.

Position Type:

- Part-time / On-call (Flexible Schedule)
- Opportunity to grow into Full-Time based on performance and availability

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional massage and/or aesthetic services (30–90 min sessions)
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment prior to appointments
- Follow health & hygiene protocols
- Upsell services and retail products when appropriate
- Maintain strong client relationships and service consistency
- Participate in occasional laundry duties and general spa upkeep
- Uphold the Enhance Arts brand image and service standards
- Take part in team training and contribute to a positive team environment

Compensation:

- Competitive base pay plus commission
- Tiered commission structure based on performance and client feedback

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–2 years of massage therapy or aesthetics experience
- Valid massage therapy certification (non-RMT welcome to apply for bodyworker role)




- Conversational English required
- Professional, friendly, and client-centered personality
