Job Title: Sidewalk Crew Member and/or Leader - Snow Removal

Job Overview:

Kettle Creek Landscaping is hiring dependable Sidewalk Crew Members for the winter season to assist with snow removal on sidewalks, entryways, and other pedestrian areas. This on-call role is perfect for individuals who are reliable and able to respond to shifts as needed during snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, and other pedestrian areas to ensure protected passage for clients.
- Operate small snow removal equipment (e.g., snow shovels, snow blowers) and apply de-icing materials as directed.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions or obstacles to the Sidewalk Crew Leader.
- Perform pre- and post-shift checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet quality and efficiency standards in snow removal.

Qualifications:





- Experience: Prior experience with snow removal is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Flexible on-call availability during winter, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of handling extended periods of outdoor work in cold weather.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation to job sites, with a commitment to showing up promptly when called.
