Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting perfumes that suit their preferences and needs
- Provide detailed product demonstrations, including scent profiles and application techniques such as makeup application when relevant
- Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about new fragrances and promotional offers
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Upsell complementary products like skincare or makeup to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight featured fragrances and promotional items
- Manage front desk duties, including answering inquiries, directing customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting stock counts using basic math skills




- Support the team with time management to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods
- Use multilingual or bilingual communication skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance environments
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform product demos confidently, including makeup application if applicable
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Organizational skills to maintain tidy merchandising displays and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles to optimize product presentation
- Previous experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
