We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has basic knowledge of hand tools, can read and understand construction/shop drawings, and is comfortable working in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities

- Read and understand basic construction drawings, shop drawings, and plans
- Use common hand tools safely and effectively
- Assist with measuring, cutting, assembly, and installation
- Follow drawings, specifications, and instructions accurately
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and follow company safety procedures
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Perform other general shop and field duties as required

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge and experience using hand tools
- Ability to read and understand prints/drawings
- Good measuring and basic math skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail




- Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials
- Previous construction, manufacturing, doors/frames/hardware, or installation experience is an asset, but not required

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work. The right candidate should be comfortable working with tools and be able to look at a drawing or print and understand what needs to be built or installed. Also, being able to speak Hindi or Punjabi (English also) would be considered an asset.
