Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is a quick-growing hospitality brand focused on authentic, high-quality Ukrainian cuisine. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and growth-minded Bread Bakers to join our back-of-house team. We specialize in hand-shaped, naturally-fermented, high hydration bread, made with organic non-gmo local flour.
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide hands-on training and a professional environment where you can grow and succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year Professional Baking in a fast-paced environment (motivated beginners welcome)
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Ability to lift 20-25kg multiple times during the day
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
- Weekend availability
- Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help)
- Priority will be given to experienced applicants.
What You’ll Do
- Scaling, Mixing and Dividing dough - from scratch
- Shaping Bread
- Baking Bread
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, shaping
- Operate equipment such as ovens, slicers, mixers, etc.
- Cleaning working spaces
