Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in preparing straightforward cocktails and drinks as needed, following bartending best practices
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, coordinate with kitchen staff,



and manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory counts
- Experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Solid communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
