Role: Senior Major Incident Analyst (Spanish)
Rates: $125,000 - $130,000 p/y
Location: Downtown Toronto
Structure: Full time, Hybrid 3x per week on site

Key Responsibilities
- Lead major incident bridges involving support teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Establish command and control during business-critical technology outages.
- Coordinate application, infrastructure, network, database, security, vendor, and business teams.
- Drive teams toward the shortest and safest path to service restoration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to business and technology executives.
- Manage several technical workstreams and escalations simultaneously.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and help identify root causes, lessons learned, and corrective actions.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify ongoing risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Recommend improvements to enterprise incident-management processes.
Mandatory Requirements
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- At least 5+ years of direct Major Incident Management experience.
- Significant hands-on experience personally leading major incident bridges.
- Experience coordinating support teams across multiple geographies.
- Robust executive communication skills, including experience working with VP-level or higher stakeholders.
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT environments and full-stack technologies.
- Ability to remain composed, establish priorities, assess risk, and make sound decisions during high-pressure outages.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification—ITIL v3, ITIL 2011, or ITIL 4.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Sciences, or an equivalent field.
