Guest Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Supervising guest services staff
- Recruiting/hiring/training/scheduling/evaluating Guest Service Staff
- Coaching and counselling team members
- Coordinate all paging, taking messages, monitor alarm panels
- Applying all operating procedures, ensuring cash control standards and systems are used
- Completing inventory checks and departmental reports
- Maintaining all transactions and postings
- Assist with emergency procedures such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and requests for police assistance
- Any other duties as assignedWhat you’ll need as a Guest Service Supervisor:

Experience: 1+ years’ relevant supervisory experience preferred

Education: Post-Secondary education in a related field preferred

Other Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leadership skills




- Ability to employ persuasion and influence to initiate and/or resolve matters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
