About the Role

We're hiring immediately for an experienced Recruiter to join us on a 6-month contract starting October 5. You'll hit the ground running, own the full hiring process for a range of roles across the business, work closely with hiring managers, and help give every candidate a positive experience with Vivion Energy.

What You'll Do

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoff
- Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and build job descriptions and interview plans
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and run phone or video interviews to assess skills and fit




- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
- Track and report on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and source of hire
- Support employer branding and suggest improvements to our hiring process
- Follow employment standards, human rights, and accessibility requirements in every step of hiring

What You Bring

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for sales and customer-facing roles is an asset
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Clear, skilled communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organization; able to manage several open roles at once
- Available to start on October 5, 2026
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- CHRP / CHRL designation is an asset
