Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This is a part time position for now but gives opportunity to get promoted to full time if shown full dedication towards work. This part time position requires availability for Sunday evening.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including bartending responsibilities like mixing drinks and garnishing cocktails
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and restocking bar essentials as needed




- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations and proper hygiene standards

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills (Asset but not required).
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering (Asset but not required).
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, including drink mixing, garnishing, and alcohol serving regulations (Asset but not required).
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
- Solid communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures (Asset but not required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Sunday evening to close availability

Pay: $15.00 per hour
