Job Summary:
Supervise daily shipping operations in a frozen food warehouse, ensuring orders are accurate, on time, and handled safely.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate shipping staff and daily activities.
- Pick, stage, verify, and load frozen food orders.
- Ensure correct quantities, labels, lot numbers, and shipping documents.
- Maintain proper freezer temperatures and food-safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Train employees and enforce health and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and PPE.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of shipping/warehouse experience.
- Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
- Food industry/freezer experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of HACCP/GMP and workplace safety.
- Valuable communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment and flexible shifts.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
