Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am start time, 8-hour shifts

Job Description:

As Warehouse Support at North Sea Fish & Farms, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our seafood operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing, and loading frozen and fresh orders for restaurant orders and front shop distribution.
- Accurate selection of products in various areas of the warehouse, including Freezer, cooler and dry warehouse with a strong attention to detail.
- Receiving deliveries and putting away product according to the provided process in freezer, cooler and dry storage
- Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify the supervisor immediately.
- Repack frozen products into North Sea Branded packaging.
- Weigh out and Ice Fresh Fish as required.
- Light duties, including cleaning, sweeping, and tidying freezer, cooler and warehouse space at the end of each shift.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Must be physically fit, as certain areas require repetitive lifting of product up to 10-30lbs.
- Ability to work in cooler/freezer environments for extended periods of time.
- Ensuring Food Safety procedures and followed.




- Maintaining a set level of accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with any other tasks or duties as required to support the overall operations of the company.

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently while also being a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold conditions.
