We’re looking for a skilled journeyperson carpenter who thrives on precision, enjoys working on new designs daily, and wants to be part of a team that truly values craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Working On

No cookie-cutter builds here. Your days will include a variety of custom work, such as:

- Reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Framing with accuracy and efficiency
- Layout, measure, and cut materials according to plans and building standards
- Deck building, pergola construction, installation of windows and doors, interior finishing
- Assist with closeouts and service/warranty including drywall repairs, paint touch ups, siliconing, etc
- Coordinate with site supervisor, trades, and suppliers to maintain project flow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

What We’re Looking For

- Journeyperson Carpenter (Red Seal preferred)




- Minimum 3+ years residential framing and carpentry experience
- Robust understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
- Able to read plans, solve problems, and work independently
- Reliable, accountable, and committed to quality craftsmanship
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
