What's the role?

Job Details:

- Visit existing customers and bring new customers
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Contact and maintain regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.




- Answering incoming calls.
- Backup the customer service rep at the front desk

Requirement:

- Minimum 2-year experience in Sales and customer service
- High school diploma.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint are mandatory skills.
- Must know how to operate computer and know how type in Keyboard.
