Join our energetic team as a Cabinet Installer Helper and be a vital part of transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and teamwork! In this role, you will assist skilled cabinet installers in preparing, installing, and finishing cabinetry and related fixtures. Responsibilities

- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate cabinet placement and alignment
- Support the installation of cabinets, countertops, and associated fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Help with measuring, marking, cutting, and fitting materials according to project specifications
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks safely to move cabinetry components and materials around the worksite
- Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, protecting surrounding structures, and organizing tools and supplies
- Assist with drywall installation, painting touch-ups, caulking, flooring installation, and other related construction tasks as needed




- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction tools and equipment to maintain a safe job site

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience or hands-on experience with carpentry or woodworking is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction projects
- Ability to read schematics or blueprints is a plus but can be developed on the job
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in cabinet installation and related trades
- Valid driver’s license is advantageous for transporting materials or equipment
