Preference will be given to those with Veterinary reception experience; however training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

- Greeting visitors
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide detailed information about services, procedures and products to ensure client understanding
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, order processing, or technical troubleshooting
- Document all interactions accurately within the customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively




- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company offerings and updates to deliver current information confidently

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with active listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a lively work environment
- Prior experience in customer service or client support roles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
