- Keep applicant records current and manage outstanding follow ups.
- Report recruitment activity, attendance, and progress toward your weekly target.
Onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate new agent paperwork, orientation arrangements, records, and required system access.
- Explain attendance expectations, dress code, office policies, and house rules from the start.
- Follow up with current agents to ensure they understand their responsibilities and are prepared to begin.
- Manage departure records, outstanding paperwork, return of company property, and coordination of access removal.

Feedback, performance, and accountability
- Track attendance and punctuality, and address absences and lateness promptly.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and progress reviews with new agents.
- Identify performance and conduct concerns, communicate required improvements, and follow up on progress.
- Prepare and issue verbal warnings, written warnings, and formal write ups in accordance with company procedures and management direction.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of feedback, warnings, corrective action, and terminations.
- Enforce dress code, office policies, and house rules professionally and consistently.
Office administration and improvement
- Keep agent records, attendance reports, and administrative paperwork organized and current.
- Complete additional office tasks and projects, managing priorities and deadlines.
- Identify gaps in recruitment, onboarding, follow up, and office procedures, and recommend practical improvements.
- Keep management informed of results, concerns, and outstanding actions.
Who we’re looking for
Previous recruiting experience is required, along with experience in staff accountability, employee documentation, or office coordination.
An energetic, bubbly personality is a must. You’re confident on the phone, think quickly on your feet, and work efficiently in a rapid paced environment. You can build rapport with applicants and handle difficult conversations professionally and discreetly.
You take quotas seriously, stay organized, and follow through. You’ll manage your workload independently while working with a hands on manager who expects regular updates and reviews activity and results.
A university degree, college diploma, or relevant work experience is required.

Fully on site. No work from home.
This is a long term, full time position. Temporary full time availability, seasonal availability, and part time schedules do not meet the requirements.

Submit your resume and confirm:

- Your ongoing availability for the entire Monday to Saturday schedule.

Application question(s):
- *Are you available for an immediate start? Please confirm your earliest available start date.*
- We provide applicants through our Indeed account and company managed job ads, along with our CRM, AI tools, proprietary systems, and training. You are not expected to source your own candidates. Your responsibility is to screen, call, assess, book, and follow up with the applicants we provide.
With these resources available, explain how you would:
- Assess candidates for communication skills, energy, reliability, and suitability for a fast paced sales environment.
- Confirm they understand the role, schedule, and expectations before booking them.
- Organize calls and follow ups to achieve ten qualified attendees across our two weekly orientations.
- Reduce missed appointments while maintaining candidate quality.
- Track results and communicate any issues affecting your target.
Be specific about your daily approach and the screening questions you would ask.
- How would you turn an interested applicant into a confirmed attendee?
An applicant says, “I’m interested, but I’m interviewing elsewhere. Just send me the details.” Write or demonstrate your response, including the questions you would ask, how you would assess fit, and how you would secure and follow up on an orientation booking.
- What would you do if your recruitment results were falling behind?
It’s Wednesday afternoon. Only three qualified agents have attended, several candidates have stopped responding, and you also have onboarding paperwork and an attendance issue to handle. Explain what you would prioritize, what actions you would take, and what you would communicate to management.
- What have you personally handled in onboarding, staff accountability, and offboarding?
Specify your experience with onboarding paperwork, attendance tracking, policy enforcement, feedback sessions, warnings, write ups, terminations, and offboarding. Give one example of a difficult conversation you handled, how you documented it, and when you involved management. Clearly identify any responsibilities you have not handled
