Job Summary: As Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our project management. You will work closely with estimators, project managers, clients and suppliers to support the successful execution of architectural glass projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The position offers a unique opportunity to progress within the company in a short time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to Project Managers by performing administrative duties related to project start-up, pre-construction, procurement, construction phase and post-construction
- Coordinate with project stakeholders (eg. Suppliers, contractors, PM’s) regarding deadlines
- Assist in processing change orders, by initiating and tracking RFQ’s
- Maintain and update project files in an organized fashion
- Coordinate with project manager to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment with suppliers
- Track project progress, identifying potential issues and communicating them to the project team
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of project documentation, including contracts, change orders,



statutory declarations and start-up/closing documents
- Assist with material orders and fabrication drawings
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Experience in architectural glazing field. Prior experience in construction management, architecture or related field seen as an asset
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD drafting within glazing systems
- Knowledge of commercial door hardware seen as an important asset
- Comprehension of construction work flow; PO’s, order acknowledgement, packing slips, invoicing etc.
- ·Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Highly adaptable
- Ability to follow direction and problem solve
- Resourcefulness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
