We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Organizer/Receiver to join our day-shift warehouse team. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on forklift operating experience, be comfortable working in different temperature-controlled areas, and be able to perform frequent lifting and merchandise replenishment.
Please note: Valid forklift certification and practical forklift operating experience are required. Candidates with certification but without hands-on operating experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift, including Raymond Reach, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, organize, move, and replenish merchandise.
- Perform frequent manual lifting of products weighing 2 lbs to over 50 lbs.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory and storage areas.
- Work safely and efficiently in different temperature zones.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Support general warehouse and receiving operations as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace.
Requirements
- Valid forklift certification.
- Strong hands-on forklift operating experience, particularly with Raymond Reach or similar equipment.
- Previous practical warehouse/receiving experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and read effectively in English.
- Chinese-language skills are preferred but not required.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing from 2 lbs to over 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments, including:
- −18°C
- −2°C
- 6°C
- Room temperature
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
- Physically capable of performing demanding warehouse duties.
- Must be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday each week.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime when required.
Compensation
- First 6 weeks: Guaranteed total earnings of $27/hour, including base pay and performance incentives.
- After 6 weeks: $19/hour base pay + performance incentives, according to the company's performance-based compensation system.
Schedule
Choose one of the following shifts:
- 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
Employees will generally work 5–6 days per week and must be available to work at least one weekend day each week. Occasional overtime may be required.
