Change Management Consultant:
On behalf of our consulting client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Consultant for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Winnipeg office.

Change Management Consultant - Job Description:
The Change Management Consultant will lead enterprise change initiatives and support the implementation of new processes and organizational changes. The role involves conducting change impact assessments, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and developing change communications.

Change Management Consultant - Responsibilities:

- Conduct change impact assessments to identify impacted stakeholders, assess readiness, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Provide expert advice and support for current processes, organizational changes, and change interventions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaborative sessions for transition preparation.
- Develop and coordinate change communications and tactics aligned with project timelines and key messaging.
- Support people readiness activities, including evaluation and post-implementation assessments.
- Identify change-related risks and consult with MPI leadership on mitigation actions.
- Use MPI tools, including Proxima, Azure DevOps (ADO), and MS Teams, to manage and track work.
- Provide timely reporting on work progress, project tracking,



and adoption measures.

Change Management Consultant - Mandatory Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in leading enterprise change initiatives using change management methodologies.
- Prosci practitioner certification and application of ADKAR model.
- Experience with project teams and project methodologies.
- Experience developing change plans and writing strategies and communications.
- Experience providing coaching and consulting services to leaders.
- Ability to build change programming and readiness strategies.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Change Management Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Solid knowledge of project management software such as ADO, Jira.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Change Management Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the expectation of extension for two renewal terms of 12 months each.
